“Who is coming up from the wilderness leaning on her beloved?” – Song of Songs 8:5 NIV
If you have spent any time training with weights, you discover that it is a process that produces results over time through consistency and dedication. Especially when you don’t feel like it.
It is no different when waiting on God.
Our new post “Wait Training” features our Unearthed interview with Holly Collins, who is a wife, mother of three and serves as worship leader at Redeemer Fellowship in Monroe, MI.
Watch and listen as Holly shares her faith journey and the process of adopting her oldest daughter Mckaylee that led to growth, strength, knowing God in the stillness and hearing Him in the miraculous.
Holly has a story that will bring those who are weary “in the waiting” to somewhere new.

Special thanks to our technical director Kelly and as always, thank you Cindi for being the glue.

Holly Collins has been leading and equipping others to worship God for over 20 years. Her current greatest disciples are her 3 daughters, Mckaylee, Ellie & Evelyn, the joys of her life and the reason she spends so much time in her car all day! Holly is married to Michael who, though he’s a pilot, helps to keep her grounded in God’s goodness and calling. Holly is currently on staff at Redeemer Fellowship Church in Monroe, Michigan where she and Michael lead the worship and sound ministry there. When they’re not driving their kids to sports, piano lessons or playdates, they love to steal away on dates to finish uninterrupted sentences and drink hot coffee! Life is busy and God’s goodness is everywhere!

I really enjoyed this podcast. Holly has great insight on waiting and on worship. I still listen to both her music and Tim’s May the Lord continue to use you both in your gifts. To God be the glory. ❤️

Thank you Mary! You are such a blessing to us. You see Him!
So appreciated the heart of this precious woman. Thank you for sharing her testimony here on your platform.
She was real and raw and knowing she was holding back a bit on some things, she was point on. I love her true heart to
express what many as well would love to say as well. Not to mention I am as well a mother with adopted children. Understanding the wait as well of 17 years before they would come in His timing. The silent times while we waited. He was always faithful and
totally on time.
Thanks for this very raw talk with Holly. Bring more on like her!! We need the raw and real heart of the matter and how God
moves.
