Bridges – Tim Murphy & Living Stones

“So fine, not to worry about tomorrow today, You gave it to me, when I didn’t want, to take, responsibility for making Your heart break. And I’m so glad that you came looking for me.”

Excited to announce the release of the four song EP “Bridges” under the band name Tim Murphy & Living Stones to Spotify, YouTube Music (linked), Amazon Music, Apple Music, iTunes, iHeartRadio, Pandora, TikTok and other ByteDance stores and Flo, (not sure what Flo is, but it sounded cool). The track list includes “I’m So Glad” and “Come to the Table,” along with “Never Would Have Thought” and “Take Your Name,” previously released to the website.

I chose the band name because I quickly found out that there are a number of Tim Murphys out there making music, podcasts, and other things. More importantly, all those that have contributed unique and considerable talents to this project that really fueled the music are truly living stones. I am especially grateful that the songs were created out of engagement, relationship, connection, and “unity of the Spirit through the bonds of peace,” Ephesians 4:3, during everyday life.

As is the case with God, I got much more than I originally imagined.

The title of the EP “Bridges” came to me when considering the lines that God has drawn between my past, present, and future and that Jesus makes a way for me to get over my failures and fears.

The songs are my story and heart.

Thank you for listening.

Let the music play!
